The complex, built in 2008 with decoration inspired by the coastal horizon, offers 120 furnished and fully equipped apartments for 1 to 6 people. Each one offers a warm and sophisticated living space, designed to promote guests comfort, wellbeing and relaxation. Facilities on offer at the complex include air conditioning, a lobby, lift access, a breakfast room, WLAN Internet access (charges apply), a laundry service and parking for those arriving by car. Reception is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am until 12:30 pm and then again from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. On Saturdays it is open from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and then from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The reception desk is closed on Sundays and bank holidays. In July and August, the desk is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Saturdays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Check in time is from 3 pm. Check out time is until 10:30 am. Guests planning to arrive outside of these scheduled opening times must contact the residence direct no later than 24 hours prior to arrival, in order to arrange alternative check-in procedures.
