The resort offers comfortable accommodation in 33 elegantly furnished rooms that are divided into 19 Deluxe rooms, 6 Super Deluxe rooms, 8 independent Apartments and 1 Penthouse. The rooms are spread across five blocks that offer a commanding view of the magnificent sunset point on one side and the historic Karol Tibba on the other side.DiningDining options include The Blossom, a multi cuisine restaurant and The Galaxy, a well-stocked bar that serves sumptuous snacks besides a range of liquor brands. The Session can seat 80 guests in a U-shape arrangement and 120 guests in a theatre style arrangement while The Occasions can accommodate up to 120 guests at a time. Parties and functions can also be organized on the Four Seasons gardens that comprise 80% of the resort area.
Presently the property is operational which consists of 24 tastefully decorated rooms, 6 Suites and one Pent House, A Restaurant, Bar, Conference Hall and Indoor Activity Centre.

Apart from this, there is a great potential of trekking, rock climbing, angling, horse riding in this area, Cable Car form the resort to Karol Tibba is one of the proposal, which will defiantly promote the tourism in Himachal Pradesh.
