The Skoosh team is made up of travel industry, marketing and I.T. professionals with a strong aim to distinguish through quality, both of product and service.

Skoosh was recently nominated as a regional finalist in the Annual E-Commerce Awards, run by the DTI (Department for Trade & Industry). At a ceremony held at Sandown Park Racecourse on 26th September 2005, Skoosh was announced as the Winner in the Sales & Marketing category in the South East. They were also highly commended for Excellence in Customer Service, and came runner-up in the region in this category.

At Skoosh they've taken steps to put an end to this hotel lottery. Unlike most review sites that are open to everyone to post reviews, Skoosh's website only allows submissions from their customers. They don't moderate these reviews and if someone didn't like something about a hotel they make it a point to let everyone to know what it is.

They believe in a philosophy that the only reason you ever need to stay in a second rate hotel is because of lack of information. In every city there are good hotels in every category and location. And those are the ones that the people behind Skoosh want you to find.
