What is the cost of the Service?Your property will be listed on ixigo.com hotel results page - "Call Hotel" tab for a yearly subscription charge of INR 5000 (in USD: approx USD 100, in Euro: approx Euro 85, in GBP: approx GBP 70) per property

How will guests book my property rooms?Customers will directly contact you for booking. They can see your property details on ixigo.com along with your contact email, phone & fax number for reservations and will contact you directly for booking.

Do I have to pay commissions for each sale?We do not charge any commission on sale and only charge a fixed subscription fee to list your property for a period of 12 months from the date your property goes Live! on ixigo.com.

I have more than one property to be listed on ixigo.com. Will I get any discount?No, the subscription charges remain same in case you wish to upload more than one property on ixigo.com.

How do I make payments?You can make payments through
- Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, American express, Diners Club and JCB credit cards.
- Net Banking (Indian Banks): ICICI bank, HDFC Bank, State Bank of India, Citibank, Axis Bank, ABN Amro Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Punjab National Bank, Corporation Bank, Bank Of India, Yes Bank, Centurion Bank of Punjab, IDBI Bank, Union Bank of India, The Bank of Rajasthan, The Federal Bank Ltd, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Jammu & Kashmir Bank, IndusInd Bank.
- Debit Cards (Visa electron): Axis Bank, Canara Bank, Citibank, Corporation Bank, Deutsche Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Indian Overseas Bank , Karur Vysya Bank, Punjab National Bank and State Bank of India.

Can I also pay via cheque, demand draft?No, we do not accept payments apart from the payment modes explained above.

Why is my card disapproved?Your card is disapproved because
- Your credit card is not from the list of the cards mentioned above.
- You do not have enough funds or have reached your limit, kindly contact your bank.

I have paid using the above methods, but I do not see my property listed?Your property will be listed on ixigo.com after the payment is realised and your property details are reviewed by our Quality team and will take maximum of 5 business days.

How do I update my property details?You can login to the interface to update your property details including prices but these changes will be reviewed and will take maximum of 3 business days be live on ixigo.

How can I cancel my subscription?You can log into the interface with your login credentials and delete your property to be displayed in ‘manage your properties’ section. However in case you wish to block display for certain time duration, you can write us at hotels@ixigo.com. The yearly subscription fee is non refundable in any of these scenario.
