The beautiful two-story house on the lake as many beautiful features. For example, the house includes a modern kitchen, four spacious bedrooms, five bathrooms, two living rooms, and a dining room. The house is fully furnished with beautiful wood furniture. There is a boat-house and guest house. There is beautiful artwork all over the estate. The beautiful carvings on the boat-house and the front of the house show traditional Kerala artwork. The statue / lighthouse overlooking the estate is quite majestic as well.

The services that we provide are endless. We provide a house chef that prepares ethnic Kerala cuisine prepared as per order. Continental breakfast and Continental dishes on request. Transportation is not a problem either.
