Very very worst customer experience. Food is very very expensive [1 kg of chicken Rs.750/- another place (my space holiday) i had stayed 3 weeks ago, for the same 1kg they charged Rs.600/- and Tea Rs.20/- but other places Rs.15/-]. Quality and Quantity of the food is very bad. They do charge head count as well as individual items, attached bill for the reference. Reached coonoor late night around 8pm ,most places were booked this was the only place were we could get the room .the room was overpriced, 3,500 rs for the night ,room doest have a balcony ,no service boy ,no towel or soap in the bathroom,no dinner ,we asked if we could get breakfast the lady Mrs Albert had the oddesity to ask ,I will charge 100 rs per head nd breakfast will be served after 9 as she get up late .worst experience of my life.

This holiday home is situated in a very good location and locality . Some of the tourist destination are also vey close by by sims park, tea estate . The rooms were big . There is also a well maintained front small lawn which is ideal to have coffee . We had been on a trip to Ooty and stayed here for 2 days. The experience was really nice, neat rooms, nice petite garden and the caring management. The food was awesome. Nice south Indian breakfast and anytime tea/ coffee. Room service was also good. Overall experience was very pleasant and would defenitely recommend this place.
