Really Worth the Money

by qprgary on 06 Oct 2016 (Couple Traveller)

This wa everything a 5* hotel should be , only 37 private villas and completely private. Would recommend no 37 as this is the most private with a plunge pool which is surprisingly large, well appointed bathroom with dressing area and good comfy bed with lounge area and sea views. Beach club is a buggy ride away as too far to walk. Ok not relly a beach but it does have a pontoon to swim or sunbathe off while there are large double beds and sun loungers set at the waters edge or within the trees w...

Go end of season...

by OKD63 on 05 Oct 2016 (Couple Traveller)

A week in Turkey end of September...split between Aman and Mandarin Oriental. This is a very charming Aman with particularly lovely rooms and very peaceful atmosphere. Staff very pleasant! A place to unwind off season...the beach club could be crowded if full... We loved it and would go back... Minor quibbles: No beach, only stabilmento.. North facing situation...light a bit awkward... Limited menu and dining options..(but very good cooking and delicious meals, lovely breakfast!)

This was my first experience of an Aman hotel... wow. Attentive service from the time you arrive to the time you leave - no request is too much. The gym was even opened earlier to accommodate the time my husband wanted to visit. The beach club is not really a beach but still worth the visit - lovely quiet location to chill for a few hours. The spa services are very good, although limited. All basics covered. very convenient that breakfast is served in room at no additional cost. We were on a...

You're in the right place if you want to escape from it all and find peace. and keep in mind you are very close to Bodrum and it's fast life. the rooms are big and comfortable. the private pool and the garden is nice.breakfast ,lunch dinner and the service is fantastic, you will be pampered. beach is a bit far ,like 7-8 minutes by clubcar, from a dusty forest road.but it is secluded place. beware of bees in september. enjoy,

Early autumn at the Amanruya

by petersH331GN on 13 Sep 2016 (Couple Traveller)

Did I say Autumn! Well if 35oC is Autumn in Turkey I'll take it The hotel is a delight but we stayed when it was all but empty - a casualty of the troubles in Turkey and of course Syria So sadly it is closing a month early this year The rooms are very special as is the 51 metre pool (yes there is a valid reason for the extra 1 metre) The beach club small and well shaded So we were able to swim at leisure and never worry about having to grab a sunbed mid morning Staff attentive as could be be Foo...
