Angsana Oasis Spa & Resort , bengaluru

The resort is about an hour from Bangalore city and maybe 30-45 mins from the airport. Approach roads are decent. The property is green and has a lot of activities but the rooms, while spacious, are in desperate need of renovation. And housekeeping and service is poor. My bed had made in a hurry when I checked in - fans/AC don't work properly. No hand towels, barely any amenities in the bathroom. Good for an outing but definitely not a five-star property (though the rates may be!)

Clearly this resort has seen its best days – either in terms of Maintenance, Food and Banquets or Service One would expect a Property of this nature considering its in Bangalore (Blessed with good weather and fairly decent rainfall) to be maintained well. But clearly this doesn’t seems to be the priority of resort management. Inadequate process, absence of quality practices and supervisors and perhaps absence of training – all has left this property very rusty. Off course - this resort exploit...

Ambience of the resort is good. The resort is very spacious. The rooms are not maintained well as it's a old resort. Flush was not working properly in bath room it was broken. Wash basin in bath room was clogged. The food was not tasty and good . Compared to lunch and dinner, breakfast was ok. Swimming pool is maintained well. Landscape is good. Over all experience was ok.

We had visited Angsana for a business meeting. The resort has fabulous pool, great food , decent rooms and service, overall well maintained. Located 25-30 mins from airport- Plus point. Had a wonderful stay.

Varun is so hard working person seems like he is working for the guest. He provided us great hospitality and willing to visit the resort back soon with family. Keep up good word and varun is asset to angsana resorts
