I requested to book a room for my father by filling a form on the hotel's website. Next day I recieved the confirmation on email and I was asked to make payment on arrival. Now, when two days are left for the travel day, i just made a call to hotel and requested for confirmation. I was shocked to see that there is no booking done in my father's name.
