Barceló Saray-Special Category , Beyoglu

We stayed here in the past but now there is not the same quality that we expected... In our room the air conditioner was not working and we called at least 5 time to reception from 8 pm to 10 pm but nobody came or solved the problem and we had to sleep in a hot room... ( our window was to interior ) . Location is very good. Breakfast is very good.

I have stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, and I was not happy with the level of the hotel. I usually book my hotels by my self but that time I relied on the travel agency who did the booking for me. I chose the hotel because of good location and it has good reviews. However, I really shocked from the moment I entered the hotel. I can say with confidence it is not 4 start hotel and it is 3 star. The below points are important: 1- The entry level of the room, which I guess its name is standard...

The location is good next to grand bazar and sultan ahmet mosque.. The beds are comfortable but the AC is not working good and the wifi is almost terrible.. The keycard lock doesnt work properly we kept getting down to the reception to fix it out.. The breakfast is gd

Hotel Beyaz Saray is a nice hotel in a very good location. Steps to the Grand Bazaar, tram and some restaurants. There's a convenience store next door where you can buy bottled water, snacks etc. About 10-15 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia area. Buffet breakfast was okay and sufficient. The dining area had a terrace and a nice view. Room and bathroom are small, simple and need updating. Noticed smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. Lighting in the front desk lobby could be better.

My stay at this hotel was very nice stay, and all staff were very kind especially Yasmeen, Nouri, the restaurant manager and all workers there. I felt like I am at home and they were very nice to me especially that I was alone there and the military coup happened while I was there..
