Bennies Inn , kottayam

I stayed in bennies Inn for a couple of days, the hotel looked good from outside, pricing is a little too high for the services you get. The worst thing was I was served a room with bed full of bed bugs. First day, I was too tired and had a restless sleep. Next day, I came to understand that the bed was full of bugs and I had to sleep in other room. I believe that when pursuing a business like this, the quality of service is very important and it was an unbelievable experience.

I had to stay in this Bennies Inn for two nights, Believe me the outside of the building looks much better, however when you enter the room it is just not worth it. Pros - 1.If you are looking for a playground for your children in a room.it will be the best , very spacious room ( even bigger than some 4 stars property). 2. AC is very effective even for such big rooms. 3. Staff tries to help out. COns - 1. Bathroom is old and dirty and all time dump and wet - gives very yucky feeling 2. ...

The hotel is very comfortable and clean although prices they charge is little bit more as compared to other hotels in the same category. If you are looking for a budget hotel and for a short stay like one or two days this hotel is a good option.
