First visit to the Blue waters and we were not disappointed. Great location, lovely beaches and grounds. On arrival we were greeted by Alistair the general manager who was very visible throughout our stay and always took time to talk to us as well as the other members of the management team. All the staff were courteous, helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The Cove, Palms and Bartleys restaurants served great food in the evenings and Carolyns Bar was excellent for lunches a...

Our 5th year at Blue Waters and it seems to improve every time. The new manager Alistair has an effortless charm;ensures that he meets all guests and caters for all their needs. In our case it was going that extra mile to purchase gluten free cereals and bread for my special diet. His example is obviously learnt by his staff, who are all generous with their time and help to make this a truly unique hotel. Under the watchful eye of Alastair the GM Blue Waters is a charming family owned hotel set in the most beautiful environment! Blue Waters is one of my favourite hotels. Beautiful gardens extremely well maintained. Spacious beach and 3 pools. You never feel claustrophobic or have to worry about getting a subbed. The Cove and Barlet's has excellent food whilst the Palm is only average. Hence we are out every night apart from two. Alistair the general manager is probably the best I've ever encountered and can't do enough for his guests. We look forward to our fourth visit in the not too distant future.
Holiday to remember

We stayed at this lovely friendly hotel for 10 nights at the end of November. We had a luxury beachfront room in block 100 which was chosen especially as we love sea views and privacy. The room came up to our expectations and we were looked after by the lovely Beverlyn. The hotel is superb and the staff amazing. How they remember every guests name is incredible. The food was excellent and lovely cocktails. We made some great friends. There has been a review about the Palm restaurant being unhygi...
