Hidden gem

An elegant and exceptionally clean hotel , this hotel was set in amazing landscaped gardens with a lovely pool that had daily activities either in the pool or around it. Our room was spacious and cleaned daily with a Terrence that was excellent place to sit for a late evening drink. Friendly and helpful staff nothing was to much trouble, and they interacted with every one. All inclusive was excellent the food was good and there was something for everyone. I will definitely be returning.

Winter Break

Just come back from a week stay at Ryads parc and spa, there seem to be a few negative reviews but i must say i had a fantastic relaxing holiday there. Hotel was a little busy for a few days in the lead up to and during new year but the last couple of days very quite.the food was what i expected it to be in morocco lots of chicken, rice , salads etc. if your looking for fry ups , burgers and chips then perhaps morocco is not for you. The resort is quite isolated from marrakech but suited me fine...

This is by no means a 4 star hotel. It is 2 star. The toilet kept breaking, towels were thin and had holes in. Freezing rooms and only provided a blanket, no duvet. Food was average. No wifi in rooms only in the lobby and slow speeds. The sun loungers were just plastic and we asked for cushions but they didn't have them. The traditional Moroccan restaurant was closed. The snack bars were all closed. The reception staff tried to be helpful at times but their English was not good. The waiters in t...

Not as glamorous as the name suggests!!!

by Miss J on 19 Dec 2016 (Friends Traveller)

Firstly.... only one member of staff at the reception speaks English to an understandable level which was sad to say the least as visitors come from all over the world. Secondly... wifi only available in the reception area and was very limited to only sending messages and not pictures or even video calling. Thirdly... there were lots of issues with the rooms such a cigarette burns on the curtains and rust all over the tub and bath area, spiders in the rooms and bed sheets not changed daily. ...

December 2016 short break

by Alomghir A on 11 Dec 2016 (Friends Traveller)

The hotel is 3/4 star compared to EU standards. Location is alittle far from main town Djema El fenaa square and quite isolated, away from the hustle and bustle. I stayed here 7 nights with 9 friends. The rooms are of decent size, nothing special, quite outdated needs modernisation. The hotel amenities is good but could be better, staff could make more effort to engage with customers, perhaps smile every now and again. Overall a decent experience, but there are other hotels which offer the same ...
