about bora bora

Originally owned by the famous Tito's family, Bora Bora was taken over by the Russian duo Dima and Vladimir. Not only is the restaurant very popular among Russians (with the Russian specialty Sirniki on their menu), it attracts tourists from all over Goa for the wide array of cuisines, including Italian, Thai, Japanese, Continental and Goan, that the duo offers. Try some Thai Spring Rolls with Glass Noodles or their pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven, designed by Dima himself. Bora Bora was initially a party hub, known for its regular beach parties. These parties now occur 3-4 times a year, particularly on Dima's annual birthday bash and New Year's Eve. You'll find people raving about Bora Bora's cottage cheese, prepared from organic milk and simply put, quite divine, so much so that they're considering selling this at local grocery stores. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day, attracting many travellers who come to Goa late at night and take a cab straight to the restaurant.
