A walk around the caves provides and impressive view of the mountainous area which is rich in flora and fauna. The AP State Tourism Department has installed 26 mercury, sodium vapor and halogen electric lamps, which provide beautiful views of the formations. Geologists and tourists visiting the caves are enchanted by the lighted caves. The Araku valley, a famous hill station, about 29km from the Borra caves is also an interestion tourist attaraction for people visiting caves. November and December are ideal months to visit the caves. The caves are open to visitors from 10 to 5:30 pm.

this is one of the natural things and the gods creation which is present in the visakhaptnam of south of india.... this is incredible and it is located in araku valley which is also great... the atmosphere is very good and best place to visit and you can enjoy very well

the borra caves are situated in the agrncy area of vizag commonly called as aruku the caves have a lot of lights all over the cave which gives us a fantastic vies and a thrilling experience

Borr Caves are located about 90 mins by car from Visakhapatnam. i went with my friends.I had never seen anything like this before,it's Amazing experience,but its worth the pain of climbing up .it is A wonderful place to be in Andhra Pradesh.

Really amazing experience. We had never seen anything like this before. Thanks to AP Tourism, they have beautifully lit the caves and maintained it well. The natural caves go deep underground and has wonderful stalacite formations as well. Must see if you have some time in Vizag Borra caves are some 80-90 Kms from Vizag.
