We stayed at Bouganvilla from 1st Jan to 6th Jan 2019. We enjoyed Twin Suit and Luxury Suit during the period. Entire staff are so friendly and especially Manager Krishna is a good and carrying person who maintain good relationship with guests.He helps to arrange of vehicle to smoothen tour. The food served is very home touched. Surely recommend the resort to stay , enjoy with relaxation with their great hospitality. Thanks and warm regards to all Bouganvilla team.

Very Nice Stay in our ooty trip Nice place for family stay , Complementary food in the morning and it was very good. Evening bonfire was nice. Clean hotel. Nice service. Manager Krishna was very helpful. 10/10 would visit again.

Nice place for family stay , Complementary food in the morning and it was very good. You have to inform the staff about the dinner in the afternoon itself. Sudden menu cannot be prepared here. our stay is in December and cold insulation is not upto the mark inside the room. Evening bourne fire is comfortable. Staffs are polite and provided good service during our stay . Rooms and the lawn areas are good and well maintained.

Decided to stay in this place after the much hyped reviews read on TripAdvisor. Locating this place is tough and the road to the villa is quite an unpleasant stretch (for a few hundred meters). Food was nothing great, found hair in the sambar served. Rooms were neat but expected a lot more from the service.
