Good value

by Oana L on 28 Oct 2016 (Couple Traveller)

So we stayed for 3 nights here, as it was recomended to us by some local friends. The hotel is very well positioned, really close to the metro station and 2 metro stops away from Monastiraki. The area is ok, compared to others that you pass by as you walk to the center. It is an old building, but as we saw other hotels passing by, if you want to stay more central, it is a good choice, beeing that others are more expensive and look even worst. Tip: don't stay in Omonia area! I have to give a 10+ ...

Just simple

Very close to metro station. Very quiet area day and night. Very simple hotel, don't expect much things. Just a clean room to stay, nothing to do at the hotel. Two very friendly reception guys 😊 value for money as well

Great hotel for a good price

We stayed in three different hotels in Athens recently, this one was the best. Don't be deceived by the star rating, it was far better than other hotels with more stars! Average hotel, great staff (owner)!!

by irs3 on 03 May 2016 (Couple Traveller)

A budget hotel close to station but not in the most pleasant neighborhood. Room was adequate, very clean and quite comfortable. Owners mother and son though gave 5* service during our 3 days there, from serving tea and coffee every day to help with storing our luggage.

Hotel is ok, but area is terrible

by DonRick1 on 13 Oct 2015 (Couple Traveller)

We stayed about 20 minutes in that hotel and decided to change to another one. On our way from Victoria Station to the hotel someone suspicious followed us. It was an obvious attempt to steal. 10 meters away from the hotel entrance we saw four people cooking and injecting themselves heroin! That was the point when we decided not to stay in that neighborhood. The hotel itself seemed ok for that price, but we just want to warn other couples / families because of the surrounding area.
