Good but ...

by 641sancheza on 09 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

First off , if your are a foreigner with no access to a phone line while in Europe and you will be arriving after office hours or on the weekend, MAKE you sure let Bridgestreet know. They will send you the access code to the door and safe, so you can get your keys. Pay attention to your email days before you arrive and read the instructions ! The entire process is somewhat tedious if you plan to do this by Train. If you are taking a taxi it may not be as bad. If this is your first time in Pa...

Better than expected

by BTClan on 03 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

We booked knowing full well that we would be staying in an apartment not located at the office (the instructions are very clear about that) our booking was complicated and I contacted the office via phone but language barrier made talking difficult so with email all issues were resolved easily and helpfully. We opted for the driver pickup offered (expensive but worth it) this resolved the issue of finding places and we were dropped at the apartment. We needed a portacot for the baby and this was...

Perfect location

by Cleo S on 03 Oct 2016 (Couple Traveller)

My partner and I enjoyed our weekend stay. The location couldn't be more perfect on the Champ Elysees. On arrival we collected our keys from the Bridgestreet office on the next street and was given clear directions to the apartment, which we had no trouble accessing. It was a lovely and clean studio apartment on the top floor. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower which was a bonus. The neighbourhood is expensive. If you are looking for a supermarket while you are there we shopped at Monoprix across...

BRIDGESTREET is a misleading advertising (42 Rue Laborde)

by Adriana M on 24 May 2016 (Family Traveller)

I booked an apartment at 10 AVE FRANKLIN ROOSEVELT, and as soon as I arrived I realized my check-in would be 5 hours later, and I was sent to a different address: 42 RUE LABORDE, which was the back of an old building: no view of the street, nothing but the chimneys of the other buildings. Was it that I paid for? I hated it! You pay for a place close to Champs Elysee, and you get a place that almost cannot be found in the map.

7 rue Saint Lazare, terrible company!!

by Jess C on 10 Apr 2016 (Couple Traveller)

We got a transfer from the airport to what we thought was our hotel but turned out it wasn't even a hotel but the BridgeStreet office. We took our bags up to the office for the lady who barely spoke English to give us an information pack with directions to take the Metro to 7 rue Saint Lazare with 2 large suitcases, a carry on suitcase and 2 medium back packs!! We got a cab to the location which turned out to be an apartment building so we entered 2 doors with coded entry and a dodgy lift to the...
