The location is great , very close to the city center and the Restaurants BUT the hotel does NOT deserve the price we could pay for it . When you book the price comes with the breakfast and it's not a choice , so you get very poor one even the butter was already expired, and when my husband gave a note no one cared and they still serving it even the next day !! The elevator was horrible as it takes at least 3 minutes to get up and same to get down with a terrible sound , it doesn't matter if th...

We booked an air bnb who canceled last minute. I called into 10 hotels and this was the cheapest with private bathroom. All in all it done the job, was reasonably clean and had an elivator, which was conviened for our luggage. However I did wake up in the middle of the night, I thought I saw a rat beside my bag, I fell back asleep. The next day I discovered something had eaten through the plastic and into my choclates. All in all, I gave this an "average" 3star rating and not a "poor" (2star),...

First of all my brother got in the lift to go to the room which was on the 4th floor he got out of the lift and was nearly crying as he said it was terrible. We had clean towels everyday but on the third day they didn't take our dirty towels and on the fourth day which was our last we went to get a shower when we had no clean towels my brother then went...

Had a look at all of the budget hotels that were located in the heart of central Amsterdam and found this to be a good option as only fractionally more expensive than cheapest options but a huge improvement on cheapest options. Other reviews mention mice and dirty rooms but I found it clean. Is minutes on foot to anywhere as so central.
Where to begin !!!

Where to begin, I cannot describe in words how passionately I would advise you to NOT stay or even think of staying at the Season Star Hotel in Amsterdam (if you could even call it a hotel). This hotel is not a hotel, it is a money laundering scam of a business that doesn’t know the first thing about hospitality, My stay here was one of the worst experiences of my life. From waking up in the middle of the night to mice leaping from the dressing table and surging head first into the bin to the...
