I will be back

by AlNadaRonel on 29 Jul 2011 (Solo Traveller)

Maybe they will not like my review as I am going to be blatantly honest. I did like the ambiance in the reception though. It was chosen by taxi driver after I asked him to take me to a decent not so expensive hotel. Also the taxi's are now more expensive than in winter time. Any hotel in Jordan at this time very expensive! It is better to visit in wintertime. They did have a telephone directory with a very big choice of whatever you needed!!! But a telephone directory or like we call it yello...

Staff was friendly, breakfast was prepared for you whenever you wanted and delivered to your room for free. Same breakfast everyday: hard boiled egg, flatbread, cucumbers, tomatoes, tea, and sour cream. The taxi cab driver named Mohammed was wonderful (0799806576). He took me all the way to Nemo mt., dead sea, and baptism site all for a reasonable cost. He was here early to pick me up to catch the Jett bus *GE from amman to petra. Warm heat, hot water, and semi clean. walls were stained but ...

don't recommend

by ALF1 on 23 Jul 2010 (Solo Traveller)

I stayed there two nights. Overall, the room is clean if you are not too picky. There are two problems with the hotel. First, it's far from the city center. You need to take a taxi no matter where you go. There are not any shops in the surrounding area. Second, I asked the staff to book a taxi for me in the early morning. I even double checked with them 20 minutes before departure. But the taxi was still 30 minutes late. Overall, I don't recommend this hotel.

Good Hotel and Good Staff

by mkhasen on 28 Apr 2010 (Solo Traveller)

Hotel is located in good and safe area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. For the price I paid for the room I couldn't ask more. Price is very reasonable and I hope management will keep it for my next stay. Free parking and free wireless internet. Room I stayed was clean. Breakfast was brought to the room even I didn't requested. People who complained about this hotel have to realize that this is not 5 star hotel and the price they pay perfectly matches services. Hotel provides free wireless i...

would not recommand it

by bopallena on 23 Apr 2010 (Couple Traveller)

stayed for 2 nights and couldn't wait to leave the place. it's all gloomy and doesn't make you feel good. the worst hotel that we stayed in during our 2 weeks trip to jordan and syria. we had a terrible view from our room, almost apocaliptic (ok, view doesn't matter so much), but room was sooo dirty, bathroom seemd like it would crumble. would not recommand it for special occasions such as romantic getaways, just for one night to crash in and leave the place. but, it was one of the cheapest i f...
