Can you suggest some places to visit in August in India? I am travelling with friends for 7-10 days in limited budget.

August is the onset of Monsoon in India. Most parts of the country encounters heavy rain fall, at some places the intensity is higher and at some places it is less. However, a travellers spirit cannot be let down by any rain, storm or wind.
