A wonderful property in terms of location and rooms but let down by food & beverage is how this review can be summed up. The first couple of minutes at the property signalled that our stay was not going to go down so well. Despite reconfirming our reservation details with the Treebo call center the property did not have quite the same details. Treebo Soubhagya Residency is located in prime area of Thalassery city, just 1km from the railway station and bus station. The rooms in this hotel are also well maintained, and qualifies as a decent 3 star hotel. A little more renovation would be needed. It would be a very good option for travellers visiting the city of Thalassery.

Stayed in this hotel with family on our way to Wayanad for a holiday..It was sort of an instant booking over the counter for an overnight stay... Recently started Hotel having ample potentials. The rooms were spacious, neat, clean and properly maintained. But the arrangement of set up in the room to be improved in accordance with guest needs,The Restaurant was having variety menu and good services.The breakfast to be started a bit earlier.Staffs were having good hospitality.
