They charge very less if we book online compare to offline. It is costly because they don't provide any good facility evev AC was not working, ther was table fan and it was 2 person room, we both were filling uncomfortable whole night.

Place is very dirty. They said they would clean the room and that it would take 5 minutes, and it did. Old stained blanket, really dirty and extremely unpleasant toilet. Staff doesn't speak English. They only know numbers, so if you wanna play some math games they're fine, other things they don't know (really!?). How is someone supposed not to know English while he works at a hotel reception?? Once we were checking out they said that we had to pay extra since we had exceeded our 24h stay, when...

The owner of the hotel gives cheap rooms to customers who booked online. Bathroom is very small and congested. AC not working properly now room was very dirty. Bedsheets were stained which were changed only after request. Overall very terrible experience

Room given is small and different what they showed while booking. And they didn't reduce the price, charged the same. Rest of the things are good. Big advantage is it's located in center of city and near to bus and railway stations.

You want shelter with an affordable price!!!! Then this is a good place. But you should not cry for hospitality and customer relationship management etc. The location is little far from places like Koramangala and Indira Nagar, but you travel easily as the bus stop is nearer to this hotel. Try to come back to the hotel quickly as the place is less crowded during night time.
