The Chateau Garli is an lovely hotel and not what you might be expecting in an Indian village. The staff were so welcoming and did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable. The food was excellent both at lunch time and at dinner. i had a very large double room with en-suite bathroom, sitting area and balcony which over looked the gardens and courtyard. I really liked the décor and the beautiful Indian bedspread! I would definitely stay here again.

Despite the grand name, this is nothing like a French chateau, more a hotch potch of several architectural styles. Built in the 1920s it has been nicely renovated. This was arguably the best property in Garli. We arrived at night and it was a sight to behold as it was mesmerizing. The property was well maintained and the staff was polite as well. I would very much love to visit this place again.

As the property is a heritage one, it was good to see the property maintained so well.Right from the food to the general ambience and above all the cooperative staff made our stay so comfortable and rememberable one.
Wish to visit again.
The excellent Chateau Garli

A wonderful place to stay in an off the beaten track place. It was a sight to behold on arrival as looks very incongruous! The staff were very helpful and the rooms quirky but clean. Evening meal was excellent. Only downside was the breakfast which, whilst ok, was not same standard as evening food. I would definitely recommend.
