Good location but...

by Wanderlusting4ever on 26 Jan 2017 (Business Traveller)

This hotel was a bit outdated and could use a good makeover. Even though I stayed in a non-smoking room, I could tell that the room was used for a smoking room. The room was tiny and the bathroom looked tired. Location wise, walking distance to the Hamatsucho station. Very close to Tokyo Tower. I wouldn't want to stay here again. Breakfast lacked variety.

More than 20 stays means something

by Trevor P on 07 Jul 2016 (Solo Traveller)

I've visited Japan 11 times in the past 10 years, and since my first visit, used this hotel as a base from which to radiate around the country. During one 9-week tour, I was a guest here five different times, for 1- to 3-night stays. The breakfast is decent, the hotel is certainly located very conveniently to the Yamanote Line's Hamamatsucho Station, but it goes beyond that - it's a five-minute walk to the harbour and water taxis to Odaiba or up-river to the Skytree, a 10-minute walk to one of m...

better than expected

by jgregs on 18 Jan 2016 (Couple Traveller)

this room exceeded our expectations. location was great in that it was right next to the hamamatsucho train station, it was a short walk to get there, a lot of it covered. and the lawson right next door was awesome, no need to use the vending machines in the hotel unless you are REALLY lazy, which i totally understand. room looked way better than the pictures. bathroom was big by japan-standards, at least it seemed to be the biggest of our whole vacation. lobby provided lots of little amenities...

Small, clean room

by tulippx on 28 May 2015 (Solo Traveller)

I only stayed one night here, and didn't hang out in the room much, so my impressions are limited. I got a good night's sleep although the bed was hard by Western standards. The staff was polite and helpful. Only downside is that it is quite a long walk with stairs to the station....not recommended for those of you traveling with heavy suitcases on wheels. Otherwise, if you're taking the monorail to Haneda, this is a good choice.

Great value and close to Hamamatsucho Stn.

Hotel is located in a business district, quiet on weekends. Safe neighbourhood. 24/7 Convenience store located on the corner, and small food court with supermarket located directly opposite, Starbucks 3-5min walk. Train from Hamamatsucho Station is on the city loop (Yamanote Line) which is connected to all the major sites. Just buy a Seico card at the airport and you're on your way. It was a great stay, clean rooms, basic but perfect for budget travellors. Rooms get very warm when not operating...
