good budget hotel..little difficult to locate in lonavala..but its good place to hangout in winter and rainy season..food is also good..breakfast ,lunch,dinner has varies variety.rooms are clean and species.

Good hotel with good food. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my family. Location of this hotel was like a calm residential area but close to Lonavala railway station and bus stand. The rooms are simple but clean and spacious. The bathroom was little smaller in size however was clean and had hot water. Food was really good and the restaurant staff was helpful and efficient. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Citrus.

Its a good hotel with nice rooms and small but superb washrooms. Small tv sets are drawback. Hotel Restaurant is nicely designed in an open place which looks very attractive. Food is average as compared to the price.

We had booked two rooms and we were allotted Room nos. 22 and 23. Room 22-, which we went in only later in the night around 1130 pm- we saw that the bed was not made and there were footprints on the quilt. On one of the chairs there was a dirty footprint. they had not cleaned the room and they alloted it to us without checking it. We called the housekeeping in the night to clean the room. Until 1130 pm that day we had not entered that room. Room 23 the key was not working. we had to call hous...
