Had an amazing time at this property... excellent location , Lovely food and Grest hospitable staff.... We had such a wonderful stay that it would be least to say that we will stay here again when ever we come back. Please try wazwan if you stay here and Kashmiri kaewa....

Nice big hotel at nice location.sercie is good but only problem is all the elevators at both the buildings dont work.they are out of order for several days.u have to climb to 3 floor to have breakfast which is very difficult for senior citizens

My family of 4 spent 2 nights at the hotels.There are no family rooms so we had to rooms adjacent to each other in a separate building from the reception and restaurant.The rooms are well sized and a good modern bathroom.A hairdryer was provided on request.Tea facilities and bar fridge is standard.The hotel does not have views of Dal lake but it is close by.The breakfast was continental and traditional indian style with poha, poori and sambar.The staff are pleassnt and extremely helpful.I would ...

This was our first hotel in Srinagar and we stayed here for 3 nights and 3 days. The location is comfortable and 5 minutes drive will take you to Dal Lake. Breakfast was included in the stay and we had quite good options all 3 days. The taste was nice. We had dinner one of the nights and that was not at all good. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The property is also good. We got rooms in the first block only.

Surely hotel is very good. Staff is really courteous. I got my room upgraded as the room offered earlier was very small compared to images shared on the website. However, the image of the Hotel turns down because of the quality of food offered by the Restaurant. The menu is much overpriced as compared to the quantity and quality of food served.
