True to the title of my review the Courtyard Marriort is par exellance when it comes to stay, hospitality and food!
The rooms are lovely and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. thanks Ms Nishi who handled my booking and made sure I didnt have to wait inspite of them being pretty sold out. The MoMo cafe was lovely...had my first "healthy drink" thanks to manager and senior chef :).
Overall the place is super comfortable, rooms clean and more so helpful and courteous staff! Keep up the good...

While the hotel may not be as shiny as some fellow ones - this hotel is absolutely 5 star in the customer service area. The food is great, service excellent. Totally recommend booking the Executive Lounge access for the free drinks and food from 6pm - 9pm each night - lovely facilities and opportunity to meet and mingle with other guests. The outside pool is large, clean and well positioned so you don't feel others are viewing you. Outside Ignite bar and grill and entertainment is lovely.

Having stayed here quite a few times simply due to it's proximity to the Mumbai e-way, have to mention that the CY Hinjewadi surprised me this time
Welcoming & responsive executives at the lobby & front office is a big plus while checking in, compared to bored attitudes earlier. Biggest change I could see is at the lounge on the 5th floor.
