Best service I experienced when staying in a hotel. I felt everyone was sincere in making sure guests were happy. Special thanks to their Guest Relations Managers Priyanka, Angkita and the other one whose name I failed to get. I also want to thank Mani, the cook who cooked different Indian cuisines for me every breakfast. Cheers guys!

Great location, walking distance to the office. But what really makes the Courtyard so special is their hospitality. There's a really great team there. Smiling faces, ever so helpful, and little gestures that makes you feel so special. I especially enjoyed interacting with Priyanka, Animesh and Ishu during my stay. They made my day.

Good clean place..value for money ..great location..and top it of nice helpful staff..especially the front desk .feel secure and welcome once you enter the premises .For a business traveller who has his office within a 3 to 5 km this is a perfect place to come to after a long days work.

I was in Bengaluru on a business trip, and felt totally spoiled by the staff at this hotel. They all were very attentive, personable, eager to please, helpful, considerate and respectful for the full two weeks I was there. I especially enjoyed interactions with Ishna, Priyanka, and Swag (I think that is her name, she's a server in the restaurant). They took care of my transportation to the work site, which was much appreciated, and gave guidance about shopping and things to do and see. Ho...
