Unfortunately, there are no direct trains from Jalpaiguri to Goa.

What you can do is, either take a train to Kolkata. A number of trains run between these two destinations, like the Kamrup Express, Teesta-Torsa Express, Darjeeling Mail, etc. The fares usually start from Rs 160 and can go up to Rs 1800, depending on your preferred choice of coaches. From Kolkata, you can aboard the Amravathi Express. This train usually runs on all days except Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. It starts at 11:30 PM and reaches Vasco at 3:00 PM on the 3rd day. The fare is around Rs 660 for the sleeper class, Rs 1700 for 3A and Rs 2500 for 2A. Vasco da Gama - Howrah Express is another option. It runs on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The prices are Rs 630 for Sleeper class, Rs 1677 for 3A and Rs 2480 for 2A.

Another way will be to take the Ghy-LTT Express from the NJP station (New Jalpaiguri) and deboard at Lokmanya Tilak station in Mumbai. It runs on Wednesdays and Sundays. It reaches NJP from Guwahati at 1 AM and reaches LTT station at 8:00 PM on the 3rd day. The prices are as follows: Rs 650 for Sleeper class, Rs 1670 for 2A and Rs 2506 for 3A.

From Mumbai, there are a number of trains that travel upto Goa. The prices start from Rs 350 to Rs 1300 depending on your reservation class.
You may also choose to take a bus ride. The bus fares usually begin from Rs 900.
