Decent place. Stayed for a day. clean room. Portable Ac worked well. Amidst the local fishing community. Nice coconut grove. Finding the place is a bit challenging as there are no boards anywhere and people where not aware, caretaker was missing for a while as it is a small place and has only 3 rooms. There are only 3 rooms 2 big and 1 small.Rooms are clean and tidy which fulfills basic requirement of any traveler. You have speak very soft as others can here you clearly.Parking is not in front of hotel we have to pass through some houses and then reach to the hotel.Breakfast is good but have only 3-4 items.Food served by manchekar is tasty and reasonable.Place is overpriced for what it offers.Its close to beach which is plus point. As the name says this was an „exotic place“. The helpful owner did his best to make our stay comfortable and the super delicious breakfast was served by the owner‘s mother herself. It was a truly authentic experience. The place is roughly 10 minutes away from Malvan downtown. Since the homestay is near the woods, small animals are heard and seen. We shared our room with some cockroaches and a huge spider, which the owner apologized for and even offered a discount. The place is a little overpric...

This place was breathtaking. The house was clean and well maintained. The most exciting thing is that the beach is right in front of the house and can be visited any time. There is also a lot of space in front of the house with a hammock to just relax which makes it a perfect holiday. And the owner was very cooperative and also offered us delicious meals on request. There is also a restaurant, 'Darya Sarang' nearby with a beautiful beach view. This house just made our trip memorable.

It is a good place to spend some leisure time with your family/friends. The food is quite good, specially the non-veg. It seems to be home prepared food, so you should like it. Also the service of the hotel is awesome.
