Chef Ian Kittichai has crafted a very well thought out menu at Koh by Ian Kittichai in InterContinental Marine Drive, with more than 50 per cent of the dishes being meat free. The ingredients are sourced from an organic farm in Thailand, which speaks a lot about the culinary standards followed at this great establishment.
