Total rip-off, no customer service

by austriabuff2017 on 18 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

We tried to contact this hotel about our booking by email and by phone. They sent codes for the door, as their reception closes early. We were not able to access the information. Travelling there by train at night, it made for a stressful experience not knowing if we had a place to stay. We called for two hours straight and they never answered the phone, nor did they once reply to any of the numerous emails that we sent. They then charged full price for a room even though we never were able...

Doubtfully good location and nothing else

by Olexanych on 16 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

First, Innsbruck is quite small city and "convenient location" of any building here is not a real advantage. 2nd. The hostel's (sorry, I've not felt "hotel") entrance is in the corner of the building by a busy road with a sharp rise. In this case, you have to climb to the entrance on the sidewalk with a width of half a meter. 3rd. The room (tween bed) is very small and appropriate only for an overnight stay. 4th. Good budget hotel

by Meyem on 15 Jan 2017 (Solo Traveller)

According to other reviews here and the notice on my hotel door, I did get a very good rate via booking.com for my 1 night in town. Entrance of the hotels is located on a side street that hardly has a footpath and is relatively busy with traffic, so care is needed when coming and going. The room is basic but very adequate. I liked the bed, the pillows were not overly substanti...

Historic, friendly, unexpensive

by Alexander_UA on 26 Aug 2016 (Family Traveller)

The first positive impression was coming from the staff - the guy on the front desk was amazing, buoying with enthusiasm and very helpful. For example, there was no problem at all with getting a hair dryer for the entire period of stay without any additional fees. The room itself was furnished very simply, with no TV or fridge. There was a really huge sink though, the rest of amenities were available down the corridor and were kept clean at all times. The cafeteria downstairs where they serve br...
