Poorly Run and Maintained Motel
by C V on 24 Dec 2016 (Business Traveller)
I was in Burnaby taking courses for a couple of months and on a fixed budget. I chose this motel as it was close to School as well worked in the budget assigned. Followingare issues I experienced in the two months. Body removed from room 201 as I was checking in. Assaulted in hall by another tenant, his wife intervened. Fighting in hall during the night. Tenant flushed toilet, flooded floor and ceiling in Banquet Room Collapsed. Tenant left mounds of garbage and Drug Equipment in parking lot. Po...

This place is absolutely disgusting! When we arrived we waited while the manager took a personal phone call for 5 minutes instead of checking us in. The beds in our room were infested with bed bugs and my girlfriend and I are covered in bites. Imagine seeing a little bug on your pillow and when you flick it the bug explodes with a blast of blood. As I guy I even fond this gross. The bathroom tub had hair all over it which is nothing compared to the bed bugs. On top of this the wifi continued to ...
Good bang for your buck

The why. I booked at the hotel because we had friends visiting in Vancouver and we are from out of town. The hotel prices in Vancouver proper were staggering - like impossible for our price point. You definitely need a car (unless you want to spend hours taking transit), but the hotel was well situated close to main arteries to get into Vancouver. This hotel was pretty reasonably priced considering its proximity to Vancouver. Th...
Horrible & Unsafe

My family and I had been camping for a few days and decided to freshen up with a hotel room. So we booked a room. The hotel is dank and very dirty. Our hotel room was disgusting. The floor was dirty and sticky, the smell of the room turned our stomachs and the beds were horrible when we just sat on them. I can not tell you how nasty and dirty our room smelt. My child has severe asthma and had to be removed immediately. Spending $228 on this disgusting room brought me to tears. We left ...

My husband and i booked online for a get -a-way vacation ...the pictures do not reveal how it really looks. Once we arrived there we were shocked at the poor location (VERY BAD part of town) and disgusted with how dirty and run down it is. There was even a foul smell in our room as soon as we opened the door and huge holes in the ceilings in the hallways. We even noticed stains on the sheets on the bed when we pulled back the very out dated bedspread .We never even used the room and when we aske...
