Binsar and Kasauni are 67 kilometres apart. The travel distance between the two towns is approximately an hour, by road. They are both hill stations, situated in the state of Uttarakhand and are surrounded by the lower ranges of the Himalayas. Undoubtedly, they are great getaway options, for anyone looking for a short break in the hills of Northern India.

You might also consider visiting Bhimtal and Almora, as these stations are situated very close to Binsar and Kausani. Binsar is famous for the Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary and Kausani is otherwise also popular around the region as the 'Switzerland of India,' a term coined by Mahatma Gandhi. The trip should cost you anywhere between 3000 to 5000 INR, if you are looking at a low budget trip. As far as accommodation options are concerned, you can take a look at the hotels in Binsar that will suit your convenience and proceed to make bookings accordingly.
