Himalayan View Retreat , nainital

Hi, I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and had a bad experience during my stay. The 1st day was fine with us enjoying the mountains but things turned bad on the second day. The hotel had a group of 7-8 people check in and they decided to have a drinking session with bonfire at 10PM in the night. They were up till 3AM-4AM in the night drinking, shouting, singing and abusing loudly. Me and my wife could not sleep through the night. I stayed here last weekend with family. Nice hotel at a reasonable cost with nice view. However, without the smog all around view could have been much better. I had mix experience here during my stay. Things need to take care: 1. If you are more than two people, don't book deluxe room. Go for superior room even if booking website suggest you option to book 3-4 people in deluxe room. 2. This hotel is situated in "Malla Ramgarh". Don't go by google map for this property. Better call hotel manager...

Pathetic we booked for 4 adullt on your site double bed delux room for rs 6300 by reaching on the property we were shocked to see the room size 10 by 12 ft which hardly fits 2 adults and impossible for 4 adults to get in While connecting to their concern office they ask us to pay 4000rs extra for another room of the same size and told us its totaly the fault of reservation site we have nothing to do with it this all conversation took 1and 1/2 hour as we almost waited for their call They have...

Short stay in this hotel as a break journey. The hotel is pretty basic, dont expect anything fancy. We just needed a place to sleep, so not a problem for us. Rooms are clean. Didnt wait for breakfast the next day, so cant comment on food
