Congested place, be it a restaurant or main hall area, or front desk area. Party place in the basement is also very congested. Overall experience unless really stuck i would like to avoid it. Did not get the opportunity to visit rooms. Staff expect tips and almost begging as i was part of marriage party and this was most annoying part and no one from hotel management cared and bothered

Located on Ranjit Avenue is the HK Clarks Inn hotel in Amritsar. It is a small hotel without any frills. The rooms are decent with basic amenities like a Tea/Coffee maker and a study table,Flat screen TV. Sleep quality is very good as it is away from the main road and avoids the traffic noise. I visited with my family and took three rooms for two nights. Room no 404 and 403- Both rooms were clean but their access card / key were not working. I requested reception to fix the issue but it never worked. For both days I had to call reception from lobby to send someone to open my door. View from balcony was unpleasant due to bird droppings. Room no 401: it was a spacious room but had weird smell. Some portion of wall had plaster coming off due to dampness. View from window was unpleasant...

We visited the Hotel in December and were upgraded to Suite Room! The Room were very spacious. Upkeep can be improved though. When we called for a Quilt the one we got had stains on it. About the Location...its in one of the besy areas of Amritsar. Hotel is 15 mins drive from Harmandir Saheb. Since Hotel is in Commercial area there is no shortage of Ola/Ubers at any point of the day. About Food...food is good. Breakfast was good. So was the Ala Cart dinner. Overall value from money Hotel.

We stay for two nights here. when we check in, except smile & welcome receptionist & staff show attitude not polite at all. then room was so small & not neat & clean.window glass so dusty & fix so you can not able to open to feel natural air. even they not provide proper amenities, missing shower cap, napkin, no extra soap, dirty towel, not happy to stay here. except all food was good but it's limited menu. Honestly i am not recommended to anyone for this hotel. i am give you 2/5.
