Hotels is Very Good for the Price

by northerngirl15 on 25 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

Stayed here in October for nights, reception staff were efficient but not overly friendly, room was clean and tidy with a fridge and complementary water. We didn't eat meals in the hotel, but we did have a drink in the bar, the bar staff were friendly and poured our glasses of wine at the table with a smile. Locationwise this hotel is perfect, on the Metro and Train line - between the 2 you can reach everywhere you'd need to go in this fabulous city.

Dreadful Place

by RodG1506 on 23 Jan 2017 (Business Traveller)

This hotel is extremely drab, run-down and unloved, very much like the service. The reception staff are uninterested, you have to search for the one barman and the general ambiance just lacks any kind of soul. Room was OKish, clean but very basic. One of our party had a problem he needed to discuss something that only the manager apparently could deal with. The manager, however, was unavailable until manyana!!

Nothing to complain

by JustinSain on 20 Jan 2017 (Friends Traveller)

we stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Cannot complain for the 3 stars it is. Very good breakfast comfortable clean rooms. Safe fridge everything u need. The downside is the it feels outdated nothing a lick of paint cant fix. Also a distance from the tourist spots however the metro stop of Piramides is right outside handy for travelling in and out. You would enjoy your stay.

Great hotel well located, rooms a bit dated

by Charlie L on 15 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

Right on top of the Metro and overground stations this hotel is perfect if you want to be able to get into the city centre in 10 minutes for around Euro 1.50. Staff are great and attentive. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and well appointed. Very good value.

High value hotel for family

by kAUDpVyxfE on 07 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

In Madrid, closeness to Metro is very important. The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is so close to Metro and Renfe. When you come out from the correct side of Piramides station, the hotel is a few meters away. From Piramides, the city center is a few stops away. The same station also houses Renfe light rail to Madrid airport Terminal 4, which takes about 40 minutes. It creates a huge convenience from hotel to airport. But the light rail does not reach Terminal 1,2,3. In order to reach...
