The bad: Hate to say this, but money was stolen from us out of our luggage. Stayed two nights with family. Originally planned to stay longer, No elevator and No help for carrying stuff. beds old and uncomfortable Very noisy room from cars passing by Free but intermittent wifi disconnects after sometime The good: close to city centre
A good value base for exploring Graz
by Lauren U on 31 May 2014 (Friends Traveller)
We stayed her for two nights whilst visiting Graz. The room was basic but very spacious and clean. The breakfast had a good variety of foods to choose from. The old town area of the city was about a 15 minute walk away with a bus line running just at the end of the street. The staff were very friendly and this hotel was good value for money.
Non-Existent service & Dirty
by jmous13 on 27 Nov 2013 (Business Traveller)
The blurb states a few minutes from the city centre. A good twenty minute walk and in the middle of nowhere in Graz. The hotel smelled and was dirty. Room payment was taken in advance and later the meal and drinks in the restaurant were demanded to be paid in cash. They would not add to the hotel bill or take credit card. Unfortunately, the hotel falls down in all categories - distance form city, no nearby transport, bad food and rude owner. Spend a few Euro more and stay in the city

The hotel is good for those on a budget, such as myself, the rooms are not large, but they're comfortable and clean, there is a central courtyard where one can have a meal and a drink, it's very ni...
Good value-price balance
by Jos W on 28 May 2012 (Business Traveller)
The hotel is located just north of downtown on a somewhat busy street, which therefore does not have the curb appeal of the restored downtown area. There is some street parking in front (which was free on Saturday evening and Sunday so we did not make use of the hotel's own facilities). We had a four person room (double bed plus pull-out couch) and full bathroom which was of good, clean quality, certainly given the price. The included breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a restaurant as well....
