Nice hotel

by Dmitry L on 04 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

Great value for money paid, very friendly staff and great location. No problems to find a parking nearby. Lots of restaurants, shops and fast food near hotel. We even tried to ask for a hot water to our thermos (tea flask) :) and staff in restaurant willingly helped us :)

Small but fine

by ADG483 on 28 Nov 2016 (Business Traveller)

The room and the bed were VERY small - you even cannot place a yoga mat on the ground - but spotlessly clean. The furniture looked all new, the bathroom is fine and the wifi works without any hickups. Breakfeast in the cosy pub downstairs comes with a good buffet, though unfortunately with filter coffee only. The staff is friendly, helpful and fluent in English. Stayed for one night in Hotel Amager, Copenhagen. Its near to CPH Airport and can be reached very easily via bus or train. I and my friend stayed for one night in double bed room. Check in and out was very smooth and quick. Room was tidy and bathroom was clean with basic amenities. On the ground floor of the hotel is bar and cafe. A small smoking room is also attached with bar. Will recommend this hotel to visitors. Its near to many attractions and food outlets.

The nicest staff. The best atmosphere. The greatest service. Experience it yourself. You will not be disappointed! The hotel bar is one of those great places in the world where you just feel welcome and time finds a way to slow down a bit for you and spare you the opportunity to savor the moments.

Didn't feel safe or comfortable

by tangojo on 17 Sep 2016 (Solo Traveller)

I booked here for one night, but ended up leaving. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe (I was travelling alone). The room was clean, but very hot and stuffy (even though the windows were open) and the traffic noise was horrendous. The "reception" is actually part of a bar/pub - that should have told me enough. Now don't get me wrong, the hotel would probably be fine for much younger people (I'm 47), just not for me.
