Hotel Annamalai International , madurai

We were on part business part pleasure trip, the rooms are clean, with decent toiletries,close to main bus terminus. Buffet breakfast does not have coffee, only tea is served. Good parking available, for vegetarians, Saravanana bhavan is just 50 mtrs away.

Stayed for 2 nights with family. Rooms are simple and comfortable. Food was just above average. Staff needs more training and exposure. Overall experience was good. Recommended for short business trips.

Hotel is located very close to maattuthavani bus stand, Room is spacious but hotel is old & maintained very average. Room service & Bar Service is average and very slow. Sleep quality is very bad since bed is not comfy. Complimentary wifi is average and complimentary breakfast is very bad. Only 2 varieties south indian idly and dosa. Room is clean and Decent. ...

Room ambience not so pleasant. Ni complementry dinner. Room service average. Food quality in restaurant is manageable. So overall the hotel is average hotel at charged price. Location is also outside of city

We ordered a bottle of water and extra glass for the same, around 9pm. After repeated call up to reception we had to eventually go down and collect it ourselves due to our necessity for the same. I am not aware of exact reason, probably we were in our mid 20s bunch of friends, so no attention given to us or we were not important according to them or shortage of staff. But it was like begging them to give water and a glass. We hope you look into this or might get negative reviews such as this !
