Worst experience of my life ar Ganga Regency! Extremely arrogant staff

This was worst experience of my life. I stayed at Ganga regenecy for 3 days out of which for 2 days geaser didn't work, AC didn't work. Restaurant people are so arrogant that they took 30 minutes for 1 roti and didn't even serve it at the end. I have to finish meal half way and get up. Also on complaining, the guy hardly gave any response and he chose to ignore us. Same is case with all staff here; highly arrogant. so please never stay here at Ganga regency; you are bound to have worst experienc...

Good hotel at good location

The property is good and located at a good place. Rooms are spacious and clean but bathroom needs improvement. Food is average. Service was okay. Staff is cooperative and well behaved. It may be a good option to stay in this hotel which gives value of money.

Ganga Regency is a good hotel at Jamshedpur.
Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is nice spread out. Staff is nice and polite in behaviour. Although Washroom area looks old style and need little renovation.

I was looking for good hotel at jamshedpur untill I stayed @ Ganga regency its a very good hotel at price , good room service with complimentary stuff.... Co-ordial staff, Restaurant with good availble food at resonable price. A. Complete value for money.

I have always struggled to get a good hotel in Jamshedpur until i got to know about hotel Ganga Regency. it is a very nice option for the stay in Jamshedpur and the rooms especialy are quite spacious and clean. Food is good and service is of top quality!
