Wonderfully welcoming hotel

by Lilli H on 15 Jan 2017 (Solo Traveller)

Grace is situated on a peaceful side street, 8min walk away from the railway station and 12mins from the bus stand, I found it easy to navigate to with a screenshot of the Tripdvisor map. Room 102 on the first floor is huge, very clean and well equipped: portable heater, fridge, small safe and tray with shampoo, shaving kit, toothbrush etc, in addition to the usual. Complimentary breakfast was served in the room: tasty parathas, poha or the usual Western alternatives. Hotel fully lives up to...

Very Good Service Hotel

by reena56 on 09 Jan 2017

We rightly chose this Hotel for our stay. It is located in Residential area however, I found most of the properties around have been converted to Hotel. Just ok

by Juliekodak on 26 Dec 2016 (Friends Traveller)

I went there for one night with a friend. The service in this hotel is excellent. They really want you to have a nice stay. However, the room is so so. There is a strong smell in the room and the bathroom is old and not so well maintened. Considering the lack of options in Gwalior, this hotel is not a bad choice, but dont expect western standards.

Best hotel I stayed during my honeymoon trip on Dec 2014

by Shovan Kumar S on 11 Dec 2016 (Family Traveller)

The hotel is very good. Rooms we booked was of suite class. The rooms had all the facility like Led TV, mini refrigerator, Ac, room heater, big wall wardrobe. The best thing was that the bathrooms were very big in size with bathtub and the very clean. The room service and front desk were very good. The rooms were net and clean everyday when ever we went for sight seeing and hanged the sign of clean my room. We didn't had ordered any food from the hotel as we had taken then outside while explorin...

Pleased with our choice

by MarcoPolo888 on 05 Dec 2016 (Couple Traveller)

My wife and I (60’s) are on a trip using an Indian Railways 3 week pass. We are familiar with travel and conditions in India for independent travellers. We had pre-booked 2 nights via booking.com. Hotel Grace is very convenient to train station and is in a residential area with no shops or cafes. Hotel sent complimentary car to collect us from station which was helpful. Room was decent. Food was generally good. We were happy with our stay.
