Corporate stay pathetic...

Stayed at the place for one night itself and it was truly horrible. The sheets were dirty and the room wasn't even clean. The staff is rude and don't work on time. Even the check in is vacant half of the time. They don't even have porters to carry luggage to the room or to the vehicle.

Pathetic service and the worst staff ever. They are frustratingly slow and seem to forget whatever you ask them. The rooms are not prepared before arrival and you have to stay in the reception for a while before you get your rooms allocated.

The hotel looks good from the outside. That is all that is good about the hotel. The check-in was super slow, took ages. Service was poor and we had to ask the reception again and again for a simple thing as towel. Room was not clean when we reached and we had to wait for fifteen minutes when it was cleaned after we checked in as they did not have any other rooms to spare while the hotel seemed almost empty.

Dont get fooled by the exterior and any of the things they say. Complementry breakfast includes just one portion of food. Wifi is a good joke. Have to wait for one hour to get your food incase you order thorough room service. Utter waste of money
