Hotel Host-Inn , mumbai

Had two rooms. One room full of cockroaches - I mean FULL. There were 30-40 of them. Spacious rooms. But the positive ends right there. Terrible maintenance. Rooms are smelly,musty. Taps too hard to operate. Toilet seat covers do not open fully. So men have to hold it to urinate OR urinate on the cover or spill on the ground. The food is nothing to write home about. Will never go back there.

After being told one price from being called, and a difficult ride from the airport, they CHANGED the price. And the “Free Wifi” they offer runs at 500 kbps, which if you know is terribly slow. It was a terrible experience and the staff were slow to respond. Would not recommend at its price... unless you like crappy experiences.

Rooms are big with one double and one single bed , toilet is ok. Food is good and room service is also prompt. This is a value for money Hotel nearby Airport. However the road work just beside the hotel make it difficult to sleep at night. So once the road work is done it a good budget hotel nearby airport

Good hotel with standard amenities. Next to Marol Naka metro station . Rooms are clean bathroom need renovation . Room service was ok not so much options for breakfast no fruits no juice no inlet or boiled egg .

Arrived about 6.00pm from the airport and the UBer drive struggled to locate hotel, only to be told THEY had cancelled the booking, as apparently they had tried to call and because no answer took it upon themselves to cancel?? We were 26,000 feet high?? We were told we would need to rebook the room, they were not able to reinstate it themselves?? Absolutely ridiculous.. so after about 1 1/2 hours were allowed to our room.
