Great hotel with a perfect location!

by Kevin H on 06 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

The hotel has a wonderful location. It maybe takes ten minutes to arrive at the Copacabana. A subway station is close as well. The staff is super friendly and always helping. The condition of the rooms is quite good Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay a lot. By the way, the breakfast of the hotel is good as well and is definitely an option to start the day. Nice place!

Very helpful receptionists

by Shaz192 on 08 Oct 2016 (Friends Traveller)

Room was clean. However the area is very noisy even with the windows closed, so dont expect a decent nights sleep. The reception staff were extremely helpful, with perfect English. Didnt use the swimming pool. Breakfast is fine, just don't expect a decent cup of tea! The lift does work, once you get used to the numbering system. Wifi in reception was stable and satisfactory but on the upper floors it was very patchy.

A week here before moving on to better

Or p...

Average place but clean

by Scott8446 on 23 Feb 2016

The Ibiza copacabana is no frills but a decent option for the price. Air con is noisy but beds are clean and the desk staff are friendly. The swimming pool is tiny and more like a bath you will not be able to swim in it but it is good to chill after a hot day. Breakfast is very average but adequate if you are not fussy.

Overall good stay!

by Thomas J on 29 Jul 2015 (Friends Traveller)

The hotel seemed to be under maintenance while we stayed there, but that dident bother us. The front desk did speak perfect english and helped us arrenge some tours. The rooms was clean. Internet was almost non-existant, unless you stand on some random sports in the room ;p. It did work good in the lobby. Overall a average hotel, with a good location!
