Hotel Imperial , ujjain

The hotel has an adjoining party ground and due to marriage there was heavy sound till night 12 am and also started in early morning. when complained to change the room, they were totally in disagreement. they want money from both marriage parties and innocent tourists like us, who do not know what awaits us until we enter. when told them to consider that and arrange for penalty, they were totally hostile quoting there was no sound. if you are going for some relaxation after heavy queues at the...

The best thing of the hotel is their service. Their service was very good and they also maintain their customers very well. They have their own restaurant also and both the restaurant and hotel is very much good. They also have a cery large banquet hall. The hotel and restaurant were well maintained! And they gave good service also as compare to charge they take! And the most memorable thing of the hotel is their security Gaurd's mustache. I post a photo with him below😅

The hotel is nicely built & rooms are quite decent, can be consider for one travelling , food choice pls tell the staff before hand to be better prepare based on one's own requirement... overall acceptable..

nice property, very big and nice garden , rooms are good and clean bathrooms, not too far from railway station. Got a good deal online, breakfast was ok. food reasonably priced. nice restaurant with live music in evening was pleasant.

Rooms were comfy and well maintained. Good value for money. Food was Okay. Room service was very prompt. Has parking facility. Marriage function was going on which made it a bit noisy, else all was great.
