Good city centre location

by ltb0213 on 26 Jan 2017

I have stayed at the Birmingham Hotel Indigo on a few occasions while away on business. The hotel is located next to the mail box and canal with plenty of restaurants near by, in the summer months I would recommend eating outside in one of the restaurants along the canal. All the staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean with a comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. Lovely hotel BUT.............let down by restaurent

by Jamie P on 22 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

Hotel Indigo - Christmas stay :) We booked one of the more luxurious rooms over the festive period and really enjoyed ourselvs, Thought the bed was massive, gorgeous and silky soft. The room was extremely spacious room with a lovely view of the city. It had a 32 inch or there about big enough to watch everything your heart desires. We were able to plug the laptop into it which was nice. Ipad docking station, coffee maker, iron, hair driver, slippers, robes, spare pillows and a massive bath. Ou...

We were lucky enough to book the room via a third party at a great price. Upon arrival at reception, the receptionist was very welcoming and provided us with all the information needed. Security was prominent by the lifts which gave us reassurance for the safety of the hotel guests. The room we were given was fairly small (room 2407) and seemed pretty average. I expected it to be slightly larger. Curtains were filthy, the floor was not vacuumed, and there were clearly design faults present in ...

Mother in Laws hen weekend

by AmyKateBP88 on 14 Jan 2017 (Friends Traveller)

Stayed last year with a group of 12 ladies for my mother in laws hen weekend. We all had a brilliant time, I had a broken foot but it was easy to get around the hotel and the room was large and easy for me to move around in also. The hotel is in a brilliant location close to lots of lovely bars and restaurants as well as Harvey Nichols in the Mailbox. We ate at Marco Pierre White which is in the same building as the hotel. The swimming pool and facilities at the hotel are excellent and we receiv...
