Hotel Kailash Inn , samastipur

This hotel seems to do a good job for organizing marriages. Stayed here to attend the marriage. The suit room was big. Hot water was an issue as I could not get even after running the tap for 5 minutes. Fortunately, it was summer. Room service for drinks was extremely slow. There is a nice restaurant. When we reached the hotel the lift was out of service so had to carry the luggage to 3rd floor. the hotel is located at 3rd and 4th floor. The AC is located just beside the bed Lots of power fluctuations the breakfast was normal but not as per the menu. They write something else and give something else so double sure about billing before ordering they dont even provide complimentary water as all the other hotels do. Visited this town and hotel for the first time. Hotel is centrally located just near to railway station. Staff was good enough to upgrade my room. Service and food is good so was the cleanliness of place. Though I asked the reception for a early morning wake up call but there was no such call. Overall a HUD place to stay.

worst parking facility, worst room service, for simple water you have to wait for one hour. A order of simple sandwitch will take 40 minutes. More over the staff will never accept the delay.Food is over prices. At this charge they are not even giving complemetry breakfast
