Good Experience

We sayed in this hotel for one day in Nov. Nice experience for a short stay . Good amenities and good room service. We were five colleagues on a conference visit ti Allahabad aks Prayagraj. One can think of a short stay here,.

Pathetic service

We went with family and service was very poor. They had very less staff and the person taking order for drink do not know names and availability of it. Time taken to serve the dish was too long . I do not recommend to any one.

Horrible

I was there for one night 30/09/18 booked 4 rooms for 8 people , had a very horrible experience , half the hotel is under renovation so lobby is very shabby . Rooms are in bad shape some lights not working , knobs not there on the furniture , no hot water in the room , hot water provided by bucket on request. According to me all hotel booking site should take note of this and recommend their clients only once renovation is over.

Average hotel very near to railway station

I took a room in this hotel just to rest for couple of hours. I was visiting Allahabad for an emergency and was travelling back to Delhi the same night in a night train. the location wise the hotel was suitable as the railway station was almost walking distance. the surrounding area is a mess as all nearby areas of a railway station in all Indian cities happens to be. plus there was a lot of construction going. the rooms are not the cleanest, but decent. food was okay.

The hotel's location is good but sadly the ambience servicing and infrastructure of the hotel is not at all worthy. We had an official meet in Allahabad and stayed int his hotel. Construction work was going on in the hotel due to which there was dust everywhere. The rooms were very shabby with either bathroom door knobs broken or dustbin broken. There was no coordination between the staff....we were waiting in a suffocated without air-conditioning hall room for breakfast buffet to open for atle...
